 Ordering a professional desk review is quite simple at Diversified Appraisals.
Follow our 4-step process and begin verifying your critical data today!

Simple Four Step process
  1. Set up an account using our on-line form.
  2. Save your appraisal as an Adobe Acrobat PDF file or scan it as a JPEG image.
  3. Email your account number to appraisals@centurytel.net with the appraisal attached.
  4. Receive a DRF report by email within 3 business days.

Note: appraisals can be faxed to 870-994-2334 if PDF is unavailable.
